What are the travel arrangements? All participants of the JCC Maccabi Experience will be flying. Participants must travel to and from the host community with the delegation. Exact travel plans will be distributed at the kickoff meeting in July.
What sports will be played in which host community?

How old do you have to be?? To participate in the 2009 JCC Maccabi Games you must be 13-16 as of July 31, 2010. To participate in the JCC Maccabi ArtsFest, you must be entering 8th - 12th grade.
When are tryouts/auditions? Please click here for the most current tryout and audition information.
When does it become too late to participate?? Teams will be chosen by March 1. If rosters are not filled by then, there may still be opportunity to participate. Please Karen Gordon for Maccabi openings. Please contact Dalia Keen for ArtsFest openings.
How much is it to attend the JCC Maccabi Games? The cost this year is $1400. At least $350 must be paid by April 1 to secure your spot on the team. There are scholarships available on a first come first serve basis. APPLICATIONS DUE MARCH 10, 2010.

When and where is everything due?
Scholarship packets are due MARCH 10, 2010
Early Registration pricing ends APRIL 1, 2010
Registration packets and full payment due APRIL 30, 2010
Physical forms are due June 1, 2010
EVERYTHING IS TO BE MAILED TO THE JCC (Attention: JCC Maccabi Experience • 6600 W. Maple • West Bloomfield • MI • 48322)
What if we don't get our things in by that date?? If materials are not received on or before the due date, you will be subject to a $125 late fee. This includes completing the on line registration, registration packets and physical forms. Scholarship applications are on a first come first served basis.
Are refunds available? Full payment is due by April 30, 2010. If for any reason you are not able to participate in the 2010 JCC Maccabi Games, written notification (e mail to Karen Gordon at kgordon@jccdet.org) must be received on or before May 1, 2010. After that date there will be no refunds issued.
Can family and friends go to the Games or ArtsFest? ABSOLUTELY!!! But remember, this is not a family vacation. Your athlete/artist will be very busy with their events. They will not be able to "visit". If you do plan on going, you must register as a spectator. The cost is $30 per person if purchased BEFORE June 15. Go to www.jccmacreg.org to purchase your spectator passes.
