Athlete Registration is a 2 step process:

• Register on line at www.jccmacreg.org

         AND

• Complete the confirmation kit and mail in. (click to download)

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All Families of athletes are required to host at least two visiting athletes. When registering on line for athletes, you can use the same account to register as a host family or volunteer. On the Account Home page, click the RED “Add Registrant” button and then continue to register the next person in your family.

REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION KIT MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE JCC BY MARCH 14, 2008 (Except medical which is due June 1, 2008 to the JCC). There will be a $100 late fee assessed if materials are received after their due date.

ANY PHYSICAL NOT COMPLETED AND RETURNED BY JUNE 1, 2008 WILL BE ASSESSED A $100 LATE FEE. You must use the JCC Maccabi Medical form from the Confirmation Kit.

If for any reason you are not able to participate in the 2008 JCC Maccabi Games, written notification (e mail to Gennifer Roth at (genniferroth@yahoo.com) must be received on or before May 1, 2008. After that date there will be no refunds issued.
